The Ministry of Energy (ESDM) press release of 21 June 2021 says about 70% of LEDs were still imported; LED sales rose from 22 million units (2012) to 60 million units (2019), with demand projected at 165 million units in 2030; household use: LED 52%, CFL 41%, incandescent 7%. Surveyed factories included PT Daya Mandiri Terbarukan, PT Solarens Ledindo (Bandung), CV Sentosa Electric, PT Honoris Industry and PT Fokus Indo Lighting. This is 2021 data, not 2026.
