Why prices differ by city
Because big plants are concentrated in East Java, freight (colt diesel ~11.5–15.8 m³, tronton ~45–48 m³ per Blesscon's brochure) strongly affects prices in Jabodetabek and outside Java. See our AAC price article for per-m³ comparisons.
Buyer tips
- Order by full truck for the best price.
- Ask for compressive strength and density (~600 kg/m³).
- Check availability of same-brand mortar and skim.
- Price freight from the nearest depot, not the plant.
