Breaking down CAKK loss for 9M 2026

In its unaudited third-quarter 2026 report, cost of revenue was Rp469.6 billion, lifting gross profit to Rp35.8 billion from only Rp4.1 billion a year earlier. Balance sheet and cash flow
Total assets rose to Rp646 billion from Rp496.8 billion at the end of 2025, mainly because of receivables. Third-party receivables rose from Rp66.2 billion to Rp173.1 billion, and related-party receivables from Rp37.9 billion to Rp59.9 billion. Total liabilities climbed to Rp504 billion, including new trade payables to related parties of Rp97.9 billion. Equity dipped to Rp142 billion.
Operating cash flow fell to Rp6.4 billion even as sales jumped, which means part of the sales were still invoices that had not yet turned into cash. The company also spent Rp13.8 billion on fixed assets.
What it means for the tile market
CAKK's revenue growth comes while the national ceramic industry still faces gas supply issues, plant utilisation pressure and import competition. One company report is not enough to call the direction of shop prices, but it shows some local producers are able to grow sales volume.
For contractors and project owners, a few points still matter when buying tiles:
- Batch consistency: order from one production code so colour and size match.
- Stock and delivery timing: for large projects, confirm stock before floor work starts.
- Grade and SNI documents: check the quality grade on the box and keep the supplier's SNI documents.
- Payment terms: compare cash and credit prices, because a supplier's cost of capital affects its quote.

The report is unaudited and will be confirmed in the 2026 annual report. For project tiles and granite, homeX offers a showroom, warehousing and delivery, and can help compare quotes across several brands.
