From Manggarai to Gambir

The Manggarai apartments are a transit-oriented development (TOD) vertical housing project on land owned by KAI. Groundbreaking took place in August 2026, attended by the Housing Minister, the Deputy Minister of Agrarian Affairs, Housing Task Force chair Hashim Djojohadikusumo and KAI President Director Bobby Rasyidin.
