Indonesia Home Prices Q2 2026: +0.69% & Building Material Costs

Bank Indonesia’s Residential Property Price Survey (SHPR) for Q2 2026 (released 7 August 2026) put the price index at 110.89, up 0.69% yoy, slightly above Q1’s 0.62%.
