Concrete Slab (Cor Dak) Cost per m² 2026: Ready Mix, Rebar, Formwork, Pump

2026 年现浇混凝土楼板每平方米成本:预拌、钢筋、模板、泵

Slab (cor dak) cost per m² for a 12 cm reinforced concrete slab as of 23 October 2026 differs quite a lot between public sources: Kapten Kontruksi (9 June 2026) writes Rp750,000–1,100,000 per m² installed for a conventional system, while Jakartabuilding (6 October 2026) calculates about Rp874,000 with ready mix (pump not included) and Rp984,000 with a mixer, including 10% overhead. From the written figures the biggest difference is in formwork, and ready-mix price lists also separate large and small trucks. This article sets out both sources, ready-mix, wiremesh and pump rental prices from other pages, and marks which figures are homeX calculations. All figures are estimates from third-party publications; we do not do structural design and do not offer slab casting work.

All figures are estimates or price lists from third parties as of the date shown in the source column; we did not run our own survey and do not guarantee prices at your site. Jakartabuilding says plywood, timber beam and wiremesh prices on its portal exist only for 2025 and mixer rental only for 2024, so its figures may shift. Konstruksi.net writes “October 2026” in the title but its publication date is 8 November 2024; we use it only as a lower bound and do not treat it as current. Pusat Readymix has “March 2026” in the page title. None of the sources above gives formwork with a separate date, and the labour figures in the table come from publications, not from a contractor survey. The structural figures (12 cm thickness, two layers of D10 rebar) are common assumptions stated by the sources; the real slab design must be calculated by a structural engineer. Waterproofing, ceiling and finishing costs are not included.

homeX calculation: a 40 m² slab and some comparisons

The concrete volume of a 12 cm slab of 40 m² is 40 × 0.12 = 4.8 m³ (homeX calculation; Jakartabuilding writes about 4.9 m³). With K-250 from a large truck at Rp900,000 per m³ the concrete is Rp4,320,000, with a small truck at Rp1,250,000 it is Rp6,000,000. Per m² (0.12 m³) that is Rp108,000 and Rp150,000; the Kapten figure of Rp140,000–Rp190,000 per m² is close to the small-truck class. Pump rental of Rp3,000,000 for 1–25 m³ divided by 40 m² is Rp75,000 per m² (homeX calculation, assuming one pump for one day). Jakartabuilding writes that the break-even of ready mix plus pump against a mixer is at roughly 30–40 m², with a 40 m² example of about Rp39.4 million (mixer) and Rp38.9 million (standard-truck ready mix plus Rp4 million pump). Kapten gives a 40 m² slab example of about Rp29.5 million or Rp738,000 per m². Jakartabuilding Rp984,000 per m² is 33.3% higher than the Kapten example (homeX calculation). From the written figures, the biggest difference is in formwork: Jakartabuilding Rp398,000 per m² vs Kapten Rp120,000–Rp200,000 per m² (Kapten example formwork is Rp6 million for 40 m², or Rp150,000 per m²).

Source conflict: ready-mix price and truck type

Kapten Kontruksi writes K-250 at Rp1,150,000–1,500,000 per m³, while the Pusat Readymix list gives K-250 at Rp900,000 (large truck) and Rp1,250,000 (small truck), betonjayamix.com Rp880,000 and Konstruksi.net Rp820,000. The Kapten range looks close to the small-truck column, but Kapten does not name a truck type, so that is a homeX guess, not data. For a house slab in a narrow lane that only a small truck can enter, ask for the small-truck column; with wide access, the large-truck list is relevant. Pusat Readymix itself writes a range of Rp800,000–1,500,000 per m³ depending on grade and mixer-truck fleet.

Wiremesh or deformed rebar: compare weight and price, not structural equivalence

A wiremesh sheet of 2.1 × 5.4 m is 11.34 m² (size from Pusat Atap Spandek). If the Metamoa sheet has the same size, M8 at 61.79 kg means about 5.4 kg per m² per layer, close to the Jakartabuilding theoretical figure of about 5.3 kg per m² (15 cm spacing). Two layers of M8 at the Pusat Atap Spandek price of Rp620,000–Rp660,000 per sheet come to Rp109,347–Rp116,402 per m², and at the Metamoa price of Rp747,597 to Rp131,851 per m² (homeX calculation, material only). Jakartabuilding writes about Rp117 thousand per m² for two layers of M8 before overhead, with lower installation labour than deformed rebar. For comparison, Kapten deformed rebar of 11–14 kg per m² costs Rp165,000–Rp230,000. This is a weight and material price comparison; whether two layers of wiremesh equal D10 rebar in your slab must be decided by a structural engineer.

Basis of cement and rebar prices in homeX articles

Jakartabuilding uses cement at Rp1,500/kg and D10 deformed rebar at Rp10,200/kg from the median of the Bangun Jakarta portal survey. The homeX RAB articles (wall, river-stone foundation and boundary wall) use a single Mitra10 listing as of 23 October 2026: cement at Rp61,050 per 40 kg sack, or Rp1,526 per kg (homeX calculation), about 1.8% above Rp1,500/kg. That small gap is purely a difference of basis (a Jakarta survey median vs one store listing), not an error in either source; figures cannot simply be swapped between articles. In our RAB articles the price basis is always stated in the note.

Buyer tips

  • Ask for a written quote that states what is included: concrete (grade and truck type), rebar, formwork, pump, labour and overhead.
  • Ask for the minimum volume per truck (Konstruksi.net writes a minimum of 3 m³) and any extra cost for a small truck or pump.
  • Formwork is the largest item in the Jakartabuilding calculation; ask for the formwork breakdown, number of reuses and installation and stripping.
  • Slab thickness, rebar diameter and spacing must be set by a structural engineer; do not cut the rebar to save money.

FAQ

How much does slab casting cost per m² in 2026? According to two public sources: Kapten Kontruksi (9 Jun 2026) Rp750,000–Rp1,100,000 per m² installed for a conventional system; Jakartabuilding (6 Oct 2026) about Rp874,000 (ready mix without pump) to Rp984,000 (mixer) per m² for a 12 cm slab. These are source estimates, not a homeX quote.

How many cubic metres of concrete for a 40 m² slab? For 12 cm thickness: 40 × 0.12 = 4.8 m³ (homeX calculation; Jakartabuilding writes about 4.9 m³). Ask the supplier for the truck minimum volume.

Is ready mix or a mixer cheaper for a slab? Jakartabuilding writes that the break-even of ready mix plus pump against a mixer is at roughly 30–40 m²; below that a mixer is cheaper, above it ready mix gets cheaper per metre. Kapten suggests a mixer for areas under 10 m² and ready mix above 5 m³ of concrete. These are the sources’ opinions; the result at your site depends on truck access and local prices.
